The company plan is the core operating system, from R299/month. TradeAdvisor® is sold the same way as the other industry packs: an add-on at +R199/month on top of core. Prepaid terms discount the pack as well.

Each invited company gets 30 days to run the full platform and can then subscribe from R299/month or choose a prepaid tier.

Referral fees are shared by depth
When a qualifying subscription is paid, L1 earns 6%, L2 earns 3%, and L3 earns 1% (maximum 10% combined).

Is pricing per user or per company?
SupplierAdvisor® pricing is per company workspace, not per seat. Every paid tier includes unlimited team users so operations, finance, quality, and procurement can work in one system.
What does “from R299/mo” mean?
R299/mo is the current monthly list rate for one company subscription. Prepaid 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year tiers reduce the effective monthly cost while keeping the same full platform access.
Do all billing tiers include the same product?
Yes. Every billing term includes the same core operating system. Industry packs such as TradeAdvisor® are optional add-ons at +R199/month each on top of core, on every term. Term length changes the discount, not which packs you can add.
How does the free trial work?
New companies get a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No card is required to start, and you can select a paid tier later from billing settings.
How are referral fees calculated?
Referral fees are based on actual qualifying subscription payments only. The shared split is 6% at L1, 3% at L2, and 1% at L3, with a total cap of 10%.
Are referral payouts based on product sales?
No. Referral payouts apply to SupplierAdvisor® platform subscription fees, not to traded goods or service sales between partners.
Can I switch my billing tier later?
Yes. Companies can move from monthly to prepaid terms in billing. Early renewals extend your subscription window and referral percentages continue to apply to amounts actually paid.
