What is Super-Cube®?
Developed in 2020 as part of a Doctorate of Business Administration thesis at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Super-Cube® is a human-centric, multidimensional leadership framework that places the individual (“You”) at the centre of a 3D cube.
Six interconnected faces radiate outward, forming a complete leadership system that integrates cognitive, emotional, physical, spiritual, ethical, and decision-making intelligence.
Why Super-Cube® exists
Africa (and the world) needs leaders who are whole, authentic, and capable of driving sustainable progress. Super-Cube® was created to solve the leadership development gap by giving every leader a practical, evidence-based roadmap to grow themselves — so they can better serve their organisations, communities, and ultimately progress humanity.

How Super-Cube® works
At the centre of the cube is YOU. The six dimensions radiate outward, forming a balanced, interconnected system. Development follows Illeris’s three-dimensional learning theory (content, incentive and interaction) and progresses through five levels — from personal growth to industry-wide impact.

Principles
Ethical foundations, contextual awareness, situational judgement, and governance. The purple face anchors every decision in timeless values that transcend culture and circumstance. Principles are your leadership compass.
Mental
Cognitive intelligence, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and vision. The orange face powers the clarity of thought and foresight that turns complexity into opportunity. Mental strength creates clarity.
Emotional
Emotional intelligence, empathy, social relationships, and motivation. The green face builds the human connection and resilience that inspires teams to greatness. Emotional mastery creates trust.
Physical
Physical health, energy management, fitness, nutrition, and resilience. The light-blue face fuels the sustained energy and vitality required for world-class leadership. Physical wellbeing powers everything else.
Spiritual
Purpose, meaning, faith, transcendence, and spiritual intelligence. The dark-blue face connects your leadership to something greater than yourself and inspires others to do the same. Spiritual alignment gives life to everything.
